OUR VERY FIRST POST........................

Hello people, thanks for stopping by, this is my first ever blog post(yaaayness) and i have the traditional doubts and jitters in the beginning. However, i'm excited about the mind-blowing discoveries i know we'll make, somewhere in the middle, and hopefuly lotsa victories in the end(or not?). 

Anyhoo, now i have to get used to this, (computers have before now only been used for pictures and movies, gosh where are the smileys!) so pls help a sister as well.

I'm a MakeUp Artist(hereinafter known as MUA till the end of time,lol {a beautiful yellow laughing smiley woulda been nice, smh!}), resident in Lagos, Nigeria, and I'd love to share some of my thoughts and experiences with you on makeup and beauty in general via product reviews, how-tos, updates, and whatever we can make up along the way. Don't be shy, I'd love to hear your experience too.

You might be rolling your eyes already thinking "here we go, yet another reviewer", well darlings, this is the Naija girl's spin on things. Sometimes we get caught up in all the rave and rant about new products and tricks from our lovely oyinbo and akata sisters in the west, only to discover that these products aren't quite as life transforming as we expected. Well, together we shall forge into the world of makeup and try to dispel certain confusions that do not agree with our hot enough-for-eba weather.

The fun part is that this isn't all about me. Through your feedback, we could learn new tricks and tips that could change our lives literally, and i'm not even joking guys.
